Home Sweet Home

Well, I'm in New York now! Moving in went well. Woo! I'm living in New York! I can't believe that after all these years of dreaming of living in New York, I'm actually here! I guess I should finish getting things organized. Our room is so awesome! To put it simply, we have our own bathroom and four, yes I said four, closets. Woo!

New Jersey

I hope you enjoyed our wonderful story! Haha. Well, my grandparents van is packed. All that's left to do now is say goodbye. As of three this afternoon, we're on our way to Jersey! It's hard to believe that tomorrow at this time I'll be living in New York City!! Well, I'm going to go make one last check to make sure I have everything. The next time I post, I'll be in New York!!

Julius

Here's a random story for you people that I think you'll get a kick out of. We had to write short stories for AP Biology last year (don't ask why, it's a long and boring story) and this is what my group wrote. Remember, this was written by a group of high school seniors!

A Day at the Store for Julius

One day Julius the Pig went to the store to get some bacon. As he was walking around, he tripped on a red, shiny paperclip and hit his snout on the ground. Just then his friends Pattington the Penguin and Mike (pronounced Tom) the Porcupine ran to Julius to pick up his snout since it fell off. This is when they discovered that Julius was secretly a possum in disguise (dun dun dun). Slightly disturbed, they wondered if they had run to the wrong pig. Julius pulled out his Samurai sword and butchered Mike (pronounced Tom) and Pattington and ate them for dinner, for he could not let his alias be discovered. So much for bacon...

Did I mention we had to read our stories to the class! Haha. And now you know just how truly insane I am!

Ironic

Wow, has this summer gone by fast! I can't believe I leave for New York in two days! It's so odd to think that I have devoted the last four years to getting in to NYU, only to devote my four years there to getting into grad school. Oh well, I'm sure it's going to be one heck of an adventure! I guess I should go finish packing and make sure I have everything. It's so hard to try and fit your entire life into a couple of boxes. It's impossible to take everything with. The hardest thing to pack is friends. They really don't like being stuffed in boxes! I guess pictures will have to do. Haha. Well, I'm going to go finish packing now. . .

Hola!

Hello! Okay, by now, I'm sure you're wondering what a "monkpengossum" is. That's everybody's first reaction. So, what exactly is a monkpengossum you ask? Well, it's very simple! You can even make your own! All you have to do is take one part monkey, one part penguin, and one part possum and squish them all together. And there you have it, your very own MONKeyPENGuinpOSSUM!

Yes, I know I'm insane.

This blog is mainly for me to keep in contact with the awesome people in the theater group. So, if you happen to have any of their e-mail addresses, please let me know so I can keep in touch with them too! Thank so much!
